Insurance
We are often asked questions regarding insurance coverage for physiotherapy, massage therapy treatments and orthotics.
In our experience we find that each individual's situation may be different but often find that most policies cover treatments. Our Administration Team will work closely with you and your provider to determine range of coverage.
You do not require a doctor's referral to have a Physiotherapy assessment and treatment.
General Health Benefits
Most people carry health insurance and often times each policy will provide for physiotherapy and massage therapy treatments. In our experience we also find that most policies will cover orthotics and bracing. We always encourage our patients to check with their individual policies to determine the range of coverage and frequency.
Worker's Compensation Board (WCB)
We are an accredited Physiotherapy Clinic that provides treatment for WCB claims. There are protocols and guidelines that are followed upon filling a claim as a result of work related injuries. Our Physiotherapists and Administrative Team will work closely with you and WCB to keep you informed on approved treatments protocols.
MVA (Motor Vehicle Accidents)
Injury resulting from motor vehicle accidents will most likely receive insurance coverage. Always check with your individual provider to verify coverage and determine if a Doctor's prescription is required. We will assist you in determining what type of coverage you may be eligible to receive.
Professional and Government Agencies
Over the past 19 years we have provided Physiotherapy and Massage Therapy treatments to the Department of Veterans Affairs, RCMP and the Canadian Forces/DND.
